Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - Brown Sugar
  2. 2 cups - Sugar
  3. 3/4 cups - Butter softened
  4. 1 cups - Shortening
  5. 4 whole - Eggs
  6. 2 teaspoons - Vanilla
  7. 3 cups - Flour
  8. 2 teaspoons - Baking Soda
  9. 2 teaspoons - Salt
  10. 3 cups - Uncooked Oats
  11. 2 cups - Coconut
  12. 2 cups - Raisins
  13. 1 cups - Chocolate Chips
  14. 1 cups - Nuts chopped

Directions:

Cream together: brown sugar, sugar, butter, and shortening. Beat in eggs and vanilla.

Combine flour, salt, and baking soda, and beat into first mixture. Combine remaining ingredients and knead into first mixture.

Using tablespoon, drop 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on sheet for 1 minute before removing to rack to completely cool.

Store in airtight container.
