Power Balls

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - Quick Oats
  2. 1 cups - Corn Flakes or Rice Krispies
  3. 1 cups - Creamy Peanut Butter
  4. 1 cups - Ground Flaxseed
  5. 1 cups - Chocolate Chips
  6. 2/3 cups - Honey or Agave Nectar
  7. 2 teaspoons - Vanilla
  8. 2 tablespoons - Coconut Oil

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except Corn Flakes or Rice Krispies. Once blended, add cereal. Mix until well combined. Scoop into balls , then roll with hands. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Serve them or store in air tight container or zip lock bag to freeze or refrigerate.
