    Substitute 1/2 Tbsp of vanilla OR 2 tsp. almond extract in place of other extracts, if desired.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - butter
  2. 6 - eggs
  3. 2 3/4 cups - sugar
  4. 3 cups - flour
  5. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  6. 1/4 teaspoons - baking soda
  7. 1 cups - sour cream
  8. 1/2 teaspoons - lemon extract
  9. 1/2 teaspoons - vanilla
  10. 1/2 teaspoons - orange extract

Directions:

Beat butter; add sugar.

Add eggs one at a time, beating 1 minute between each.

Beat 2 more minutes. Add dry ingredients.

Add sour cream and extracts.

Bake in greased and floured 10-inch tube pan at 350 degrees F for 45 to 55 minutes.
