Potted Cheese

Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 teaspoons - Tabasco sauce
  2. 1 pounds - Sharp cheddar cheese Grated
  3. 8 ounces - Cream cheese Softened
  4. 4 ounces - Blue Cheese Crumbled
  5. 1/2 cups - Brandy
  6. 1 teaspoons - Dry mustard
  7. 1 teaspoons - Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

1. Put cheddar, cream and blue cheeses in mixing bowl with brandy, dry mustard, Worcestershire and Tabasco sauces and beat on high for 5 minutes.
2. Pack in a covered 1-qt. container and refrigerate at least 48 hours.
3. To serve, let stand at room temperature for an hour.
