Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds - frozen hash brown potatoes thawed
- 1/2 cups - melted margarine
- 1/2 teaspoons - salt
- 1/4 teaspoons - pepper
- 1/2 cups - chopped onion
- 1/2 pints - sour cream
- 1 cans - cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups - grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 pounds - melted margarine
- 2 cups - crushed corn flakes
Directions:
Combine above ingredients (except for topping ingredients) and place in a 9-x-13-inch pan. Combine the topping ingredients and spread over top of potatoes.
Bake at 350° F for 45 minutes.
