Ingredients:

  1. 1 pieces - Potato Boiled
  2. 3 tablespoons - Sweet Potato boiled and mashed
  3. 2 tablespoons - Bottle Gourd Grated
  4. 1 1/2 teaspoons - Ginger Chili Paste
  5. 1 tablespoons - Tapkir Flour
  6. pinchs - Black Pepper
  7. 2 teaspoons - Lemon Juice
  8. - Salt To Taste
  9. 4 tablespoons - Groundnuts Somewhat Crushed
  10. 2 tablespoons - Coriander
  11. - Oil To Fry

Directions:

Combine everything (tapkir included) and make the muthias. Roll in tapkir and fry the muthias.
Serve with green chutney and tomato sauce.
