Ingredients:
- 6 - Medium Potatoes grated
- 2 tablespoons - Sour Cream
- 2 - Eggs
- 1/4 cups - Flour
- - Oil Used for frying
- 1 - Small Onion
- 1 teaspoons - Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons - Pepper
- 1/2 cups - Italian Bread Crumbs
- 6 - Medium Potatoes grated
- 2 tablespoons - Sour Cream
- 2 - Eggs
- 1/4 cups - Flour
- - Oil Used for frying
- 1 - Small Onion
- 1 teaspoons - Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons - Pepper
- 1/2 cups - Italian Bread Crumbs
Directions:
Grate potatoes with onion by hand, in a blender, or in a food processor. Drain them well. Add sour cream quickly, to keep the potatoes white. Add eggs, flour, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Fry in hot oil, turning when golden brown.
Serve with applesauce, cinnamon, sugar, ranch dressing, and/ or sour cream.
Can be frozen and later reheated for 15-20 minutes at 300°F
