To make this dish "lite": 1 1/2 C Low-fat cottage cheese instead of cream cheese 1 C fat-free dairy sour cream for regular sour cream 1 C grated reduced-fat cheddar cheese instead of reg. cheddar cheese 1/2 tsp. salt for 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper instead of pepper to taste Instead of buttering the baking dish, spray with nonstick cooking spray. Mix all the ingredients except potatoes together and then add to potatoes and coat potatoes with creamy mixture. Bake as above or until bubbly and lightly browned.

Ingredients:
- 1 packages - 8-oz. cream cheese Softened
- 1 cups - Dairy sour cream
- 1 cups - Shredded cheddar cheese Divided use
- 1 cups - Green onions Chopped
- 1 cloves - Garlic Minced
- 1 teaspoons - Salt
- - Pepper, to taste
- 5 cups - Potatoes Peeled, diced and boiled until tender, then cooled
- - Paprika For garnish
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350.
2. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, half of cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir in the potatoes. Pour into a buttered baking dish. Top with the other half of the cheddar cheese and the paprika. Cover.
3. Bake, covered, for 20 min. Uncover and bake for another 20 min.
