Ingredients:

  1. 1 - Egg
  2. 1 teaspoons - Sugar
  3. 1/2 cups - Ruby Port
  4. - Freshly Grated Nutmeg

Directions:

Combine egg, sugar and port in a shaker filled with crushed ice. Shake vigorously 2 minutes. Strain into an Old Fashioned glass and dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
