Pork Soup

Ingredients:

  1. - Non-stick cooking spray
  2. 1 pounds - lean boneless pork Cubed 1/2 pieces
  3. 1 cups - dry lentils rised & drained
  4. 3 whole - cooking apples peeled, cored & cut up
  5. 1 teaspoons - dried marjoram crushed
  6. 2 cans - low sodium beef broth 14 ounce cans ( 3 1/2 cups)

Directions:

1. Lightly coat a 12 inch skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat. In hot skillet cook meat until brown. Drain off fat.
2. Transer meat to a 3 1/2 quart slow cooker. Add the lentils, apples, and marjoram. Add beef broth; stir to mix.
3. Cover and cook on low-heat for 6 to 8 hours or on high heat for 3 to 4 hours.
