Pork Roast

Ingredients:

  1. 4 teaspoons - Salt
  2. 1 teaspoons - Sage
  3. 1/2 teaspoons - Pepper
  4. 3 pounds - Standing rib pork roast 3-5 lb
  5. 1 - Apple
  6. 1/2 cups - Apple jelly
  7. 4 teaspoons - Salt
  8. 1 teaspoons - Sage
  9. 1/2 teaspoons - Pepper
  10. 3 pounds - Standing rib pork roast 3-5 lb
  11. 1 - Apple
  12. 1/2 cups - Apple jelly

Directions:

Mix and rub spices into roast. Make a slit every inch down back of roast. Bake 3 hours, an 1/2 hour before done put in sliced apples. And then coat with apple jelly. Warm the jelly in microwave for 30 seconds to make it easier to spread. Finish baking
