Ingredients:
- 1 - Boneless, skinless pork loin
- 2 tablespoons - Adam's Reserve House Rub
- 1/2 bottles - Cookwell & Company Agave Dijon
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Trim off the "Silver Skin" on the tenderloin (this is the silvery white skin on the outside of the pork tenderloin.)
3. Rub the House Rub on the pork tenderloin. Place the tenderloin into a baking dish and then pour 1/2 C. of Agave Dijon Glaze on top.
4. Bake for 30-35 min or until the center reaches at least 150.
5. Allow the tenderloin to rest for 10 min. before slicing. As the tenderloin is resting, drizzle 1/4 C. more Agave Dijon on top.
