Pork Chops and Rice

Ingredients:

  1. 4 - pork chops
  2. 1 cups - rice
  3. 1 cans - cream of mushroom soup
  4. - dry onion flakes
  5. 2 cups - water
  6. - pepper
  7. - salt

Directions:

Place chops in baking dish. Sprinkle rice over chops. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Bake uncovered at 300 for 90 minutes. Stir from time to time…add water if necessary.
