Ingredients:
- 1 pounds - Ground beef
- 1/4 cups - Chopped Onion
- 1 teaspoons - Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons - Pepper
- 1/4 cups - Long grain rice
- 1 cans - 10 oz of tomato soup
- 1 cans - 10 oz of water
Directions:
Meatballs
Mix meat, onion, salt, pepper and rice together. Mix well so rice is evenly distributed
Shape into meatballs and arrange in baking dish.
Combine soup and water and pour over meatballs. Cover
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
