Poppyseed Bread

Ingredients:

  1. 2 1/2 cups - almond flour (order online for better price)
  2. 1/4 teaspoons - sea salt
  3. 1/2 teaspoons - aluminum-free baking soda
  4. 3/4 cups - grapeseed oil or melted coconut oil
  5. 2 - large eggs
  6. 1/2 cups - xylitol
  7. 1 teaspoons - stevia powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoons - vanilla
  9. 1/2 teaspoons - almond extract
  10. 1/4 cups - poppy seeds

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix all ingredients together.

Pour into 8” square baking stone. Bake 25-35 minutes.

Let cool in the pan 1 hour.
