Ingredients:

  1. 6 - eggs
  2. 1 - lime peel
  3. 3 cans - low fate evaporated milk
  4. 1 1/2 cans - condensed milk or to taste (14 oz)
  5. 1 teaspoons - aromatic bitters
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - grated nutmeg
  7. 1/2 cups - Rum

Directions:

1. Beat eggs and lime peel until light and fluffy
2. Add evaporated milk
3. Sweeten to taste with condensed milk
4. Add bitters, grated nutmeg and rum according to taste
5. Remove lime peel and serve
