Pomegranate Cocktail Syrup

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - Sugar
  2. 2/3 cups - Water
  3. 2 cups - Pomegranate Juice

Directions:

In a saucepan, combine the sugar and hot water. Add the pomegranate juice and bring to a boil. Simmer over moderate heat until reduced to 1 cup, or about 20 minutes. Let cool.

Serve with chilled sparkling wine or water.
