Ingredients:

  1. 500 grams - Flour
  2. 4 tablespoons - Olive Oil
  3. 2 teaspoons - Salt
  4. 1 bottles - Warm Milk A glass of warm milk
  5. 1 teaspoons - Sugar
  6. 2 packages - Sachet of yeast
  7. 1/8 liters - Cream 200 milliliters of heavy cream used to make bread
  8. 2 cups - Tomato sauce Add to discs
  9. 2 cups - Diced mozzarella Add to discs
  10. 2 tablespoons - Olive oil Add to discs, adjust quantity as required
  11. 2 teaspoons - Salt Add to discs, adjust quantity as required

Directions:

- Dissolve yeast in the warm milk and let rest for a few minutes
- Mix all the ingredients
- Let the dough rise in a covered bowl for two hours
- Roll out the dough and make discs with a bowl or a glass
- Add a layer of tomato sauce, diced mozzarella, oil and salt on the discs
- Bake at 200C for 10 minutes
