Pizza Dough

Ingredients:

  1. 1 teaspoons - Scant tsp active dry teats
  2. 3/4 cups - Warm water
  3. 2 cups - All purpose flour
  4. 3/4 teaspoons - Kosher salt
  5. 3 tablespoons - Olive oil
  6. - Corn meal for dusting pan

Directions:

Combine yeast and warm water in a small bowl. Allow to sit for 10 minutes.
Add flour to the bowl of mixer with paddle attachment.
Sprinkle in the salt.
With mixer on low, add olive oil slowly.
Pour in yeast mixture and combine.
When everything is combined, transfer to lightly oiled bowl.
Cover with oiled plastic wrap. Let rise 1 hour or put in fridge overnight.
Flour both sides of dough. Sprinkle pizza stone with corn meal. Stretch dough out onto stone or pizza pan. Prick bottom with fork. Add toppings.
Bake @ 500 for 10-12 minutes.
