Pizza Crust

  1. 1 packages - yeast
  2. 1 1/2 cups - warm water not too hot
  3. 1 tablespoons - sugar
  4. 1 teaspoons - salt
  5. 4 cups - flour


Dissolve the yeast in warm water. Add sugar, salt, and flour. Knead for 10 minutes, then let rise (for about 1 hour). Roll dough onto pan or pizza brick. Brush dough with olive oil, and cover with seasonings to taste (italian seasoning, garlic, etc.). Bake for 5 minutes, remove from oven and put sauce and toppings. Put back in oven for 5-7 minutes. Makes enough for 2 round pizza bricks.
