-20g flour
-1.5g olive oil
-tbsp eggwhite
-tbsp water
-small pinch baking soda
-small pinch xanthan gum (optional)
-add salt/pepper/rosepmary/spices to taste

mix into smooth, play-dough consistency ball. shouldnt be crumbly nor wet, adjust recipie as needed

sandwhich dough between parchment paper and roll as thin as possible
use knife/pizza cutter to cut a grid
bake at 350 for 5 minutes, then flip and back for another 5
take out and carefully break sheet into individual pieces

if edges are already done remove them
bake until desired crispiness (turning oven off with them inside for 5 mins reccomened)
