Ingredients:

  1. 5 tablespoons - Ghee Butter Melted
  2. 1 1/4 cups - Yellow Cornmeal
  3. 1/2 cups - Brown Rice Can use White
  4. 1/3 cups - Tapioca Flour
  5. 3 tablespoons - Potato Starch
  6. 1/4 teaspoons - Xanthan Gum
  7. 1 tablespoons - Cane Sugar
  8. 2 teaspoons - Baking Powder Gluten Free
  9. 1 teaspoons - Baking Soda
  10. 1 teaspoons - Chili Powder
  11. 1 teaspoons - Sea Salt
  12. 3/4 teaspoons - Ground Cumin
  13. 1 - Duck Egg Beaten
  14. 1 1/2 cups - Grated Cheese Old Cheddar
  15. 3/4 cups - Buttermilk
  16. 1/2 cups - Milk
  17. 1/4 cups - Fresh Italian Parsley
  18. 2 - Jalapenos Minced
  19. 1/2 - Medium White Onion Minced
  20. 1/2 - Red Pepper

Directions:

Heat oven to 400*.
Grease 8 inch square baking Pan; Set aside. Whisk cornmeal, rice flour, tapioca flour, potato starch, xanthan gum, cane sugar, baking powder and baking soda, chili powder, salt, and cumin in a bowl. in another bowl, whisk together mixture into flour mixture; pour into pan smooth with a rubber spatula. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
