Ingredients:
- 1 - whole fresh pineapple diced, with juice
- 1 pints - vanilla ice cream
Directions:
Cut up the pineapple into chunks (after removing peel and core), saving the juice. Pour the chunks and juice into a blender and purée. Add the vanilla ice cream and blend until smooth.
Pour into tall glasses and enjoy like you're in the tropics with every sip.
