Pineapple Salsa

  1. 2 cups - fresh pineapple finely diced
  2. 1 cups - fresh papaya finely diced
  3. 1/2 cups - red bell pepper finely diced
  4. 1/2 cups - sweet onion finely diced
  5. 1 cloves - garlic minced
  6. 1 - small, fresh hot green chili (Serrano or Thai) diced
  7. 2 tablespoons - mint leaves shredded


In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Season with salt, to taste.

Let stand at room temperature for one hour.

Serve at room temperature.
