Pineapple Kiwi Tea Sandwiches

  1. 8 ounces - cream cheese at room temperature
  2. 1/4 cups - pineapple preserves
  3. 1 tablespoons - mayonnaise
  4. 4 - fresh kiwis peeled, sliced thin
  5. 16 slices - whole wheat bread crusts removed


After removing crusts from bread, cut into rounds.

In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, preserves, and mayonnaise. Spread evenly on top of each slice of bread.

Top with a piece of kiwi.
