Notes:
Be sure mixer is always on a low setting. Otherwise, you'll have jello, cream cheese and pineapple flying everywhere.

Ingredients:
- 3 ounces - pkg lime jello
- 3 ounces - pkg lemon jello
- 15 1/2 ounces - crushed pineapple drain; keep juice*
- 8 ounces - pkg softened cream cheese cut into small chunks
- 12 ounces - cold 7 Up
- - juice of 1 lemon
- 3 ounces - pkg lime jello
- 3 ounces - pkg lemon jello
- 15 1/2 ounces - crushed pineapple drain; keep juice*
- 8 ounces - pkg softened cream cheese cut into small chunks
- 12 ounces - cold 7 Up
- - juice of 1 lemon
Directions:
Dissolve jello in 2 cups of boiling water. Pour mixture into mixing bowl. Slowly beat soft cream cheese into hot jello. Add drained crushed pineapple, cold 7 Up, *4 oz. of reserved pineapple juice, and juice of 1 lemon and mix on low. Pour into 9x15x2 pan and chill overnight or until set.
