Pineapple-Cocunut Pie

Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 cups - Oleo
  2. 1 cups - Sugar
  3. 2 - Eggs
  4. 1 tablespoons - Corn meal
  5. 1/2 teaspoons - Vanilla
  6. 1/2 cans - Pineapple
  7. 1/4 cups - Coconut
  8. 1 packages - Ready-made pie crust

Directions:

1. Melt oleo.
2. Mix sugar into oleo and add two eggs. Mix well.
3. Add corn meal, vanilla, pineapple and coconut. Mix well.
4. Pour in unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350 until set in the center, about 40 min.
