Pineapple Cheese Ball

Ingredients:

  1. 2 packages - 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  2. 1 cans - 8.5 oz. crushed pineapple well-drained
  3. 2 cups - chopped pecans divided
  4. 1/4 cups - green onions chopped
  5. 1 tablespoons - seasoned salt
  6. 1/4 cups - chopped red or green peppers optional

Directions:

In a large bowl, mash the cream cheese. Add half of the chopped pecans along with the remaining ingredients. Mix well.

Shape into a ball; roll the ball in the remaining chopped pecans. Wrap in foil and refrigerate.

(I omit the green or red peppers, but the original recipe called for them).
