Pina Coladas for a Crowd

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - coconut cream
  2. 1 1/2 cups - almond-flavored syrup
  3. 2 cups - white rum
  4. 1 1/4 cups - orange curacao
  5. 46 ounces - unsweetened pineapple juice
  6. 4 cups - half-and-half
  7. - dark rum for topping

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except dark rum. You can store in refrigerator or freezer at this point.

Just before serving, fill blender no more than half full of crushed ice. Add enough liquid to fill blender and whir until smooth. Top each drink with a dash of dark rum.

Note: Almond syrup is available in liquor stores. To make your own, add 1-1/2 teaspoons almond extract to 1-1/2 cups sugar syrup.
