Pimiento Cheese

Ingredients:

  1. 1 blocks - 8 oz. white cheddar cheese shredded
  2. 1 blocks - 8 oz. fontina cheese shredded
  3. 1 containers - 4 oz. goat cheese crumbles
  4. 3/4 cups - chopped toasted walnuts
  5. 1 1/4 cups - mayonnaise
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - ground black pepper
  7. 1/2 teaspoons - garlic powder
  8. 1/4 teaspoons - ground red pepper
  9. 1 jars - 7 oz. diced pimientos well-drained
  10. - sliced sourdough bread crust removed

Directions:

1. In a medium bowl, combine cheese and walnuts. Stir in mayonnaise, black pepper, garlic powder and red pepper. Gently fold in pimientos. Cover and refrigerate.

2. To serve, spread on sourdough bread and cut into fingers.
