Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups - Flour
  2. 1 cups - Lard
  3. 1 - Egg
  4. 5 tablespoons - Cold water
  5. 2 teaspoons - White vinegar
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  7. 3 cups - Flour
  8. 1 cups - Lard
  9. 1 - Egg
  10. 5 tablespoons - Cold water
  11. 2 teaspoons - White vinegar
  12. 1/2 teaspoons - Salt

Directions:

Sift and measure flour. Add lard and salt. Using pastry blender cut mixture until fine. Mix together liquids. Add to blended flour. Form into 4 balls. Enough dough for 4 crusts. If you cut recipe in half mix egg, water and vinegar. Cut this mixture in half.
