Pickled Green Peas

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cans - (large) Lesueur young peas drained
  2. 2/3 cups - oil
  3. 1/3 cups - vinegar
  4. 1 teaspoons - salt
  5. 1/2 teaspoons - garlic powder
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - onion salt
  7. 1/4 teaspoons - dill weed
  8. 1 teaspoons - paprika
  9. 1/4 teaspoons - cayenne pepper

Directions:

Drain the peas.

Mix the rest of the ingredients together in a bowl with a lid (or a 1 quart jar) and add the peas, stirring until coated.

Put in the refrigerator and chill for 24 hours before serving.
