Pickled Eggs

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cans - Beet Juice
  2. 1 cans - Beets
  3. 1 cans - Vinegar
  4. 1 teaspoons - Pickling Spice
  5. 2 dozen - Hard Boiled Eggs

Directions:

Peel hard boiled eggs. Put into large Jar.
Boil all other ingredients for five minutes. Pour over eggs. Seal jar, and let sit in a dark place for 3 days.
