Number of Servings:
Ingredients:
- 12 slices - pepperoni chopped
- 1/4 cups - finely shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons - chopped mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons - pizza sauce
- 1 packages - 10 oz. refrigerated pizza crust
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a small bowl combine pepperoni, cheese, mushrooms and pizza sauce.
2. Roll out pizza dough to an 11-x-15-inch rectangle. Cut 12 circles in dough using Pampered Chef Cut-n-Seal or a 3-inch biscuit cutter.
3. Place 1 scoop (about 2 tablespoons) pepperoni mixture into center of each of 6 of the circles, spreading slightly. Place one dough circle on top of each of the filled circles. Lightly seal edges with fingers; seal completely with Cut-n-Seal tool or with fork tines.
4. Place circles on flat baking stone; bake 15-17 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Serve with additional warm pizza sauce, if desired.
