Ingredients:
- 2 cups - Fresh Basil Leaves
- 2 cloves - Garlic
- 3 tablespoons - Pine Nuts
- 1/2 cups - Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons - Pepper
- 1/4 cups - Lemon Juice
- 1/3 cups - Olive Oil
- 2 pounds - Large Fresh Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 cups - Fresh Basil Leaves
- 2 cloves - Garlic
- 3 tablespoons - Pine Nuts
- 1/2 cups - Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons - Pepper
- 1/4 cups - Lemon Juice
- 1/3 cups - Olive Oil
- 2 pounds - Large Fresh Shrimp peeled and deveined
Directions:
Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high.
Combine basil, garlic, nuts, cheese, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in food processor container; process until smooth. Gradually adding olive oil. Spoon half of pesto over shrimp. Grill shrimp, cover with grill lid, 2 minutes on each side or until shrimp turn pink. Serve with remaining pesto.
