Pesto-Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - Fresh Basil Leaves
  2. 2 cloves - Garlic
  3. 3 tablespoons - Pine Nuts
  4. 1/2 cups - Grated Parmesan Cheese
  5. 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
  6. 1/4 teaspoons - Pepper
  7. 1/4 cups - Lemon Juice
  8. 1/3 cups - Olive Oil
  9. 2 pounds - Large Fresh Shrimp peeled and deveined
  10. 2 cups - Fresh Basil Leaves
  11. 2 cloves - Garlic
  12. 3 tablespoons - Pine Nuts
  13. 1/2 cups - Grated Parmesan Cheese
  14. 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
  15. 1/4 teaspoons - Pepper
  16. 1/4 cups - Lemon Juice
  17. 1/3 cups - Olive Oil
  18. 2 pounds - Large Fresh Shrimp peeled and deveined

Directions:

Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high.
Combine basil, garlic, nuts, cheese, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in food processor container; process until smooth. Gradually adding olive oil. Spoon half of pesto over shrimp. Grill shrimp, cover with grill lid, 2 minutes on each side or until shrimp turn pink. Serve with remaining pesto.
