Ingredients:
- 1 cups - flour
- 1/2 cups - vanilla protein powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoons - baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoons - salt
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 cups - vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cups - milk
- - optional toppings: sugar-free syrup and fresh fruit
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl blend egg, yogurt and milk together, then mix into bowl with dry ingredients.
Coat a pan with cooking spray and scoop ¼ cup batter into pan for each pancake.
Flip when bubbles appear on top, and cook until golden brown.
Top with sugar-free syrup and lots of fresh fruit.
