Perfect Pancakes

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - flour
  2. 1/2 cups - vanilla protein powder
  3. 1 1/2 teaspoons - baking powder
  4. 3/4 teaspoons - baking soda
  5. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  6. 1 - egg
  7. 1/2 cups - vanilla Greek yogurt
  8. 1/2 cups - milk
  9. - optional toppings: sugar-free syrup and fresh fruit

Directions:

Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.

In a separate bowl blend egg, yogurt and milk together, then mix into bowl with dry ingredients.

Coat a pan with cooking spray and scoop ¼ cup batter into pan for each pancake.

Flip when bubbles appear on top, and cook until golden brown.

Top with sugar-free syrup and lots of fresh fruit.
