Peppercorn Sauce

Ingredients:

  1. 4 - green onions chopped
  2. 1/2 sticks - butter
  3. 1 - beef bouillon cube crushed
  4. 1 tablespoons - B-V sauce
  5. 1 dashes - garlic powder
  6. 1/4 cups - brandy
  7. 1/2 cups - red wine
  8. 2 tablespoons - green peppercorns
  9. 1/2 cups - whipping cream

Directions:

In a saucepan combine the green onions, butter, beef bouillon and BV sauce. Heat and stir constantly until butter is melted and seasonings are combined.

Add garlic powder, brandy, red wine, and peppercorn, continuing to stir over medium-low heat until well blended.

During last 5 minutes of cooking, stir in whipping cream, stirring and heating until thickened and ready to serve.
