Penne with Chicken & Broccoli

Ingredients:

  1. 8 ounces - penne pasta
  2. 14 ounces - frozen broccoli florets
  3. 1 cans - cream of chicken or cream of broccoli soup
  4. 1 cups - chicken broth or milk
  5. 1/4 cups - grated parmesan cheese
  6. 2 cups - chopped cooked chicken

Directions:

Cook pasta according to package directions, adding broccoli after 5 minutes. Return to a boil; cook 2-3 minutes or until pasta and broccoli are tender. Drain.
While pasta is draining, add soup, broth (or milk) and cheese to hot pasta pan; stir to blend. Add hot pasta and chicken; cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently. Garnish with shredded parmesan cheese, if desired.
