Peking Thighs

Ingredients:

  1. 8 - Skinless chicken thighs
  2. 1 bunches - Green onions Minced
  3. 1/2 cups - Honey
  4. 1/4 cups - Soy sauce
  5. 1 tablespoons - Asian dark sesame oil
  6. 1 - 1 1/2-inch piece fresh ginger Grated or minced
  7. 6 cloves - Garlic Mashed

Directions:

1. Pierce thighs with fork.
2. Combine green onions, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger and garlic; pour over chicken and marinate for several hours.
3. Cook thighs slowly on grill, turning and basting until done. Or cook in a 350 oven.*
4. Serve with steamed or fried rice.
