Peking Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  1. 6 - pork chops one-inch thick with or without bones
  2. 1/4 cups - brown sugar
  3. 1 teaspoons - ground ginger
  4. 1/2 cups - soy sauce
  5. 1/4 cups - ketchup
  6. 1 cloves - to 2 cloves garlic minced
  7. - dash of salt and pepper
  8. - steamed rice or Chinese noodles for serving with

Directions:

Place pork chops in crock pot.

Combine other ingredients in a small bowl until mixed together well.

Pour mixture over pork chops. Cook, covered, on low heat for 4 to 6 hours.

If you prefer to cook them in the oven, 400* for 15 minutes (or to 145 internal temperature)

Serve with steamed rice or Chinese noodles.
