Pedrotti's Dry Rub for Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients:

  1. 4 pounds - baby back ribs cut into 2-rib portions
  2. 1 tablespoons - paprika
  3. 1 1/2 teaspoons - packed dark brown sugar
  4. 1 1/2 teaspoons - finely grated orange zest
  5. 1 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  6. 3/4 teaspoons - ground cumin
  7. 1/2 teaspoons - black pepper
  8. 1/4 teaspoons - cayenne pepper

Directions:

In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients for the rib rub.

Rub spice mixture all over the ribs.

Cover and refrigerate ribs for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours.
