Peanut Rolls

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 pounds - powdered sugar
  2. 2 sticks - butter melted
  3. 1 jars - (small jar) marshmallow creme
  4. - melting chocolate
  5. 3 cans - cocktail peanuts crushed
  6. 1 1/2 pounds - powdered sugar
  7. 2 sticks - butter melted
  8. 1 jars - (small jar) marshmallow creme
  9. - melting chocolate
  10. 3 cans - cocktail peanuts crushed

Directions:

Melt butter; add marshmallow creme. Mix in powdered sugar.
Note: You can add more sugar to make sweeter or more marshmallow if too sweet.

Refrigerate until hard.

Scoop mixture 1 teaspoon at a time; roll into a ball the size of a small walnut. Put onto a plate and return to refrigerator until ready to roll in chocolate.

Melt chocolate. Put creme ball on teaspoon; dip into chocolate until covered. Immediately roll in crushed peanuts.

Store in refrigerator. Enjoy!
