Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds - powdered sugar
- 2 sticks - butter melted
- 1 jars - (small jar) marshmallow creme
- - melting chocolate
- 3 cans - cocktail peanuts crushed
- 1 1/2 pounds - powdered sugar
- 2 sticks - butter melted
- 1 jars - (small jar) marshmallow creme
- - melting chocolate
- 3 cans - cocktail peanuts crushed
Directions:
Melt butter; add marshmallow creme. Mix in powdered sugar.
Note: You can add more sugar to make sweeter or more marshmallow if too sweet.
Refrigerate until hard.
Scoop mixture 1 teaspoon at a time; roll into a ball the size of a small walnut. Put onto a plate and return to refrigerator until ready to roll in chocolate.
Melt chocolate. Put creme ball on teaspoon; dip into chocolate until covered. Immediately roll in crushed peanuts.
Store in refrigerator. Enjoy!
