  1. 1 cups - Groundnuts Roasted and Crushed
  2. 3 tablespoons - Milk
  3. 1/2 cups - Sugar
  4. 1/2 tablespoons - Ghee
  5. 1 cups - Wheat Dough Soft
  6. - Ghee To Roast
  7. - Cherries


In a pan, take the groundnuts, milk and sugar and mix them constantly for a while. (Until the stuffing leaves the pan) Now add ghee and mix. Cook until it leaves the pan and sticks together.
Cool the stuffing and make balls out of them.

Now make roti from the dough.
In one part keep the stuffing and seal in half. Now cut it with a cutter and give shape,

Now take the wheat dough and make a roti, On one part of roti, keep the stuffing and seal in half. Now cut with a cutter to give a shape. and roll the poli.
Now roast the poli with ghee.
Serve hot with ghee and cherries.
