Peanut Butter Sheet Cake

Ingredients:

  1. 1/3 cups - milk
  2. 1/2 cups - crunchy peanut butter
  3. 1 pounds - powdered sugar
  4. 1 teaspoons - vanilla
  5. - dash of salt
  6. - melted chocolate optional, for drizzling over top
  7. 2 sticks - margarine
  8. 1 cups - water
  9. 1/2 cups - creamy peanut butter
  10. 2 cups - flour
  11. 2 cups - sugar
  12. 1 teaspoons - baking soda
  13. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  14. 2 - eggs
  15. 1/2 cups - sour cream
  16. 1 teaspoons - vanilla
  17. 1 sticks - margarine

Directions:

Cake:

In a pan, bring margarine, water and peanut butter to a boil.

Combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Pour boiling mixture into dry ingredients and beat well.

Beat in eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Pour into greased jellyroll pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 22 minutes.

Frosting:

Bring margarine, milk and peanut butter to a boil. Remove from heat and beat in powdered sugar, vanilla and salt.

Spread on top of cake as soon as cake is removed from oven. Drizzle with melted chocolate, if desired.
