Ingredients:

  1. 4 ounces - cream cheese softened
  2. 1 cups - powdered sugar
  3. 1/2 cups - peanut butter
  4. 1/2 cups - milk
  5. 1 1/2 cups - heavy whipping cream
  6. 2 tablespoons - powdered sugar
  7. 1 teaspoons - vanilla extract
  8. 1 - prepared pie crust
  9. 4 ounces - cream cheese softened
  10. 1 cups - powdered sugar
  11. 1/2 cups - peanut butter
  12. 1/2 cups - milk
  13. 1 1/2 cups - heavy whipping cream
  14. 2 tablespoons - powdered sugar
  15. 1 teaspoons - vanilla extract
  16. 1 - prepared pie crust

Directions:

Using electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and mix until well-combined. Beat in peanut butter. Add milk a tablespoon at a time, beating after each addition to incorporate. In a separate bowl, beat the cream with the 2 Tbsp powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Spread into pie crust and freeze until firm.
