Can use whipped topping instead of fresh whipped cream--use 8-9 oz tub (approx 3 cups.) Originally made with a pastry crust, it is also good with graham cracker crust, Oreo crust, or my favorite--shortbread cookie crumb crust. There's no wrong way.

Ingredients:
- 4 ounces - cream cheese softened
- 1 cups - powdered sugar
- 1/2 cups - peanut butter
- 1/2 cups - milk
- 1 1/2 cups - heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons - powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoons - vanilla extract
- 1 - prepared pie crust
- 4 ounces - cream cheese softened
- 1 cups - powdered sugar
- 1/2 cups - peanut butter
- 1/2 cups - milk
- 1 1/2 cups - heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons - powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoons - vanilla extract
- 1 - prepared pie crust
Directions:
Using electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and mix until well-combined. Beat in peanut butter. Add milk a tablespoon at a time, beating after each addition to incorporate. In a separate bowl, beat the cream with the 2 Tbsp powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Spread into pie crust and freeze until firm.
