Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups - sugar
  2. 3/4 cups - butter
  3. 2/3 cups - evaporated milk
  4. 7 ounces - marshmallow cream
  5. 12 ounces - peanut butter morsels
  6. 1 teaspoons - vanilla
  7. 3/4 cups - finely chopped salted peanuts

Directions:

In heavy saucepan, mix sugar, butter and evaporated milk; bring to a boil. Boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat; add peanut butter morsels and stir. Add marshmallow cream and vanilla; beat until well blended.

Stir in peanuts. Pour into 9-x-13-inch pan lined with wax paper, and chill until firm.
