Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 cups - Peanut Butter
  2. 1 sticks - Butter or margarine
  3. 1 teaspoons - Vanilla Extract
  4. 3/4 boxes - Powdered Sugar
  5. 1 1/2 cups - Peanut Butter
  6. 1 sticks - Butter or margarine
  7. 1 teaspoons - Vanilla Extract
  8. 3/4 boxes - Powdered Sugar

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Shape into two logs the size of your mold of fluted cups, put into refrigerator to chill, about 1 hour. Then, slice or roll into balls to be used as filling. Fill bottom of mold or fluted cup with melted chocolate, add filling and cover with more chocolate. Careful not to overfill. Chill to set.
