Peanut Butter Chocolate Oat Balls

  1. 2 cups - rolled oatmeal
  2. 1/2 cups - honey
  3. 1/2 cups - creamy peanut butter
  4. 1/4 cups - coco powder
  5. 1 pinchs - salt


1. Toss all dry ingredients (salt, oats, coco powder) in a bowl.
2. Add wet ingredients (peanut butter, honey) and mix until combined.
3. Measure balls with a tablespoon; roll by hand, store in a parchment-lined container for up to one week in the refrigerator.
