Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Bar

  1. 1 bags - chocolate chips
  2. 1 bags - peanut butter (or butterscotch) chips
  3. 1 cans - sweetened condensed milk
  4. 1 sticks - butter
  5. 2 cups - graham cracker crumbs


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place stick of butter in a 9-x-13-inch baking pan, and place in oven until butter is melted.

When butter is melted, remove pan from oven, and add the graham cracker crumbs over the butter, pressing down firmly. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crust.

Alternate adding chocolate and peanut butter (or butterscotch) chips, pressing lightly.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until edges are brown and bars start to bubble.

(Feel free to substitute any flavor of chips that you like.)
