Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - unsweetened almond milk
  2. 2 teaspoons - black chia seeds
  3. 2 - ripe bananas, fresh or frozen (about 1-1/2 cups) peeled
  4. 1/3 cups - creamy natural peanut butter
  5. 2 tablespoons - honey

Directions:

Add almond milk, chia, bananas, peanut butter, and honey to blender; blend until smooth. (For a thicker consistency, use frozen bananas.)
