Ingredients:
- 2 cups - unsweetened almond milk
- 2 teaspoons - black chia seeds
- 2 - ripe bananas, fresh or frozen (about 1-1/2 cups) peeled
- 1/3 cups - creamy natural peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons - honey
Directions:
Add almond milk, chia, bananas, peanut butter, and honey to blender; blend until smooth. (For a thicker consistency, use frozen bananas.)
